First Stop Christchurch

Christchurch is first port of call, Sarah is from here and we are staying with her family for a few days. Its a really nice old city in an even nicer place. The weather has been great, and you can always see snow capped mountains off in the distance.

On the first day we visited Goddly Head, the entrance to the main port in Christchurch, you would never know there was a city about half an hour drive away.

Wandering

There are a heap of old army towers up there from world war 2.

I particularly liked this bit of graffitti
