A Guided tour of Toronto

So now we have a place to live we have a chance to actually have a look around town. We bought city passes and have been checking out the sights the last few days.
First we went to Casa Loma, its this massive house that looks like a castle, a really rich guy built it early last century but went broke. The city took it over and its one of the main attractions.
This is the main hall, the pipes at the end are a huge organ thats built into the house.
He had secret staircases from his office to the cellar, maybe so he could have a drink without his wife finding out. (I don't think the sign is original)
This was his bedroom.
Bathroom

The view from his house would be awesome, its a shame we went on a bad day. You could see all the way to the lake if it was clear
Nice gardens too
I like this photo.
The ride home was hot so we stopped for a beer, I think Sarah got more than she bargained for.
The next day we hit the zoo, was really cool. Here are a few of our favourites.

This guy wasn't part of the zoo but he was cool
We really wanted to see the Canadian animals, but it was so hot they were all hiding or just sitting down.
The next day was also real hot, we went to the baseball.

The Toronto Blue Jays lost, but this guy still looked like he was having a good time.
I don't think I am going to become a baseball fan, there is more stuff happening off the field than on, Sarah got a bit bored too I think.
Going to visit a few more attractions this week so stay tuned for the rest of our guided tour of Toronto
